What does a typical engagement look like?
Start with the €3,500 five-day Production Readiness Audit. We agree the application, repositories, critical flows and access in writing. You receive prioritised findings, a 90-day fix roadmap and a handover. Implementation and retesting are separately scoped.
Do you work with non-technical founders?
Yes — that's often the best fit. We're used to translating between product thinking and technical reality.
What does it cost?
The audit is €3,500 fixed for the agreed five-day scope. The 30-minute scoping call is free and does not include a code review or findings report. Any follow-on hardening is optional and quoted separately.
Where are you based and what time zone?
Bangkok, Thailand (ICT, UTC+7). We've worked with European clients for 12 years and keep overlapping hours — typically available 2pm–8pm Bangkok time which is 8am–2pm CET.
How fast can you start?
Availability is confirmed during scoping. The five-day review starts on the agreed date once scope and access are ready.
