I get this question in every discovery call: "You're in Bangkok... how does that work with our team?"

Here's how it works. And why it's actually an advantage — regardless of where you are.

The timezone math

Bangkok is GMT+7. That means:

  • <strong>Europe (CET/GMT+1):</strong> 6-hour overlap. I'm online 4am-2pm CET. Covers morning standups through early afternoon.
  • <strong>US East (EST/GMT-5):</strong> I catch US mornings from 8-11pm my time. Works well for async + a daily sync call.
  • <strong>APAC/Australia:</strong> Near-perfect overlap with Singapore, HK, Sydney.
